Our Qualifications

Tim J. Newell is a Certified Financial Planner and a Certified Estate Planner from Elmhurst, Illinois and has been in the financial services business since 1981. Tim was a partner in running a small regional securities broker dealer until it was sold to a larger firm in 1989. Tim is currently a principal with ProEquities, Inc. and runs an office of supervising jurisdiction for the securities broker dealer in the state of Illinois. He is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative with ProEquities, Inc. He develops and implements financial and estate plans and works with individual and corporate clients as an independent consultant. Working as an independent consultant enables him to create diversified portfolios utilizing the large variety of professional money managers available. On a personal level, Tim currently serves on the board of elders at Oak Brook Community Church. For most of the nearly 20 years that Tim and Jennifer have been married he has been involved in youth leadership and working with the homeless in Chicago. Tim and Jennifer now work with Students here from China and Taiwan that are studing to attain thier MBA at UIC and Rosevelt University. Tim and his wife Jennifer have been blessed with four daughters and two sons: Sarah, Bethany, Abigail, Leanna, Brenton and Matthew. They love spending time at thier Log Cabin up in the Sangre de Cristo mountains when ever they can break away.
